My journey designing Millie | Lottie products started with hypnotherapy that brought forward images, leading a a brand of totes that are living in the world. Matthew's work will set the stage for deeper work.

• Explore how an embodied approach can reveal what you really want

• Learn to stop mental chatter, calm the nervous system, and regain clarity and focus

• Reflect on how the stories we tell ourselves create limiting beliefs—and how to overcome them

• Examine the inextricable link between the body and inspiration—so you can stay inspired

• Consider the body as a gateway to greater possibility

Bio

Matthew Félix is an author, Certified Human Potential Coach, and speaker. Coaching brings together many of Matthew's experiences: from his twenty-five years at Fortune 500 companies to his incarnation as a creative; from his lifelong meditation practice to his pursuit of a path aligned with his values, passions, and aspirations. Matthew has an accredited certification in Intuitive Medicine and has written and spoken about intuition. He has explored dream work with Robert Moss in the US and France, and he undertook a month of breath work study in Esalen’s Live Extended Education Program.
